The 2013 David Ritchie & Sons Ltd League season kicks off tonight, with the following fixtures taking place:

Tomatin Utd v Aviemore
Cromdale v Grantown Utd
RBL v Strathspey

Both Aviemore clubs will use the village’s new all-weather pitch for their home matches, despite the ongoing issue with the goalposts there.  All match officials have been made aware of the situation and have agreed to proceed as normal, as they are aware the issue is already under discussion with Highlife and the SFA.

So all that remains is to wish all 6 clubs good luck, and here’s to an exciting 2013 campaign!
