Due to recent events which have cast something of a long shadow over the SBWFA’s proud ethos of friendly sporting competition, the following conditions must now come into immediate effect:

• The Moy to Moy rule which was relaxed at the AGM to permit players from Inverness to play in the League is now revoked.  This means no new players signed by any club can live out with the League’s traditional catchment area.  This is not negotiable.

• Referee’s fees are split 50/50 by competing clubs on the night, and must be paid to the match official before the game starts.  Referees have the right to refuse to play a game if not paid in advance.  Again this is not negotiable.
