It was absolutely NOT the big restart we’d all been looking forward to, however the entire Week 1 card was postponed with only an hour’s notice tonight.

This was due to a national issue with the Scottish Welfare FA’s insurers not providing the mandatory cover for games to take place.

We fully understand how frustrating this was for all the players and match officials who had made their way yo their respective venues as getting the word out at such short notice gave us a real headache. However the issue was completely beyond our control and we thank you all for your patience and understanding.

We anticipate the insurance issue will be resolved by Wednesday morning and tonight’s card has now been pushed back to be played at the end of the season.
